The fishing permits can be obtained with your mobile phone, at your own expense. The general fisheries management fee is EUR 6 per day. In addition, you will need a separate permit for Lake Simojärvi, in case you want to keep the fishing rod in your own hand. But if you rather watch fishing in the boat, there is no need for any permit.
