We serve a leisurely and atmospheric candlelit dinner in the living room of the main building, in your own cottage or outdoors. We offer home-cooked food prepared by the entrepreneur herself with love and devotion. One of our house specialities is, for example, the fisherman's table (Fri-Sun). We cook venison or reindeer stew in the Lappish style, using meat from a neighbouring reindeer farm or an animal that has just run freely in the forest. What about a creamy salmon soup or Metsä Kolo's legendary couscous salad?
Please book your dinner at least three days in advance by e-mail (alexandra@lapinmetsalainen.fi). Upon reservation, please inform us also of the desired date and time of your dinner (the timing can also be agreed on site, depending on the situation) as well as the number of the participants, your dinner wishes (that we will try to fulfill as well as possible), possible diets and the place where you wish to have your dinner: outdoors, in your own cottage or in the living room of the main house. If necessary, we will also arrange the catering. Your own food drinks are welcome in Metsä Kolo.
