The cottage is furnised with natural materials and high-quality Finnish brands. You will love our beds, duvets and pillows as well as bed linen and towels of smooth flax. A good sleep is important for us!
The tidy kitchen includes the most essential equipment: hotplate (no oven), deep-freeze refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine decanter and glasses, compost container and much more. The cottage is heated with stove and electric heater. Relax at your private and covered terrace, with a brand-new eco toilet. Natural drinking water is fetched from the well in the yard. Electric lights. Car-heating socket behind the cottage.
Sauna (in common use) is heated in the evenings. Barbecue shed in front of the sauna building with cozy design chairs by Ecofurn.
The log cabin with electricity (built in 1986) is situated 110km from Rovaniemi to the southeast, 30km from the centre of Ranua to the east at the lake Saarijärvi at a peaceful head of a bay of its own. Beach, swimming platform and rowing boat in common use with the other guests.
Our cabin is situated in a small eco resort in a private wilderness. There are only 2 log cabins, 2 Tentsile tree tents and 2 rooms in the main house. The cottage is a suitable starting point for different outdoor activities in nature, such as hiking and biking, berry and mushroom picking and well as fishing and hunting.
Cleaning fee EUR 45,00 is not included the cottage rent.
